CONDITIONS OF USE (subject to change without notice) 
  1. These Conditions of Use must be read and signed as understood and accepted before entering the Pilatus Rope Park. Supervising adults of children under the age of 14 years must first explain the Conditions of Use to the user and confirm agreement with a signature.
     
  2. The minimum age is 8 years and minimum height 120 cm (47 inches). Children under 11 years must be accompanied by a supervising adult, whereas children from 11 to 14 years must be supervised by an adult person. The permitted maximum weight per user is 120 kg (264 lbs).

     

  3. Use of the Pilatus Rope Park involves risks and is used entirely at your own peril. Clothes may be dirtied or damaged. The park is unsupervised; the sole function of park staff is to provide instruction, monitoring and assistance. Visitors enter the Pilatus Rope Park course independently, at their own risk and on their own responsibility.
     

  4. Insurance is the responsibility of the user.
     

  5. The Pilatus Rope Park is open to users who do not suffer from any illness or other physical or mental condition, which could be of danger to their own, or another person's health whilst using the park. Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or strong medication are not permitted to use the park.
     

  6. No items that may pose a danger to the users themselves or to other persons (jewellery, mobile phones, cameras etc.) may be taken into the Pilatus Rope Park. Long hair and loose clothing must be secured. Clothing: sporty with trainers or hiking boots. 
     

  7. Users must participate in the entire theoretical and practical safety instruction before using the park. The user must raise and clarify any points that are unclear during instruction. All instructions and decisions of Pilatus Rope Park employees are binding. Offences or infringements of safety requirements may lead to a user being excluded.
     

  8. Equipment on loan (helmet, climbing harness, etc.) must be used strictly in accordance with directives/instructions and is to be returned voluntarily after expiry of the allotted period of use. Any damage to the equipment must to be reported to Pilatus Rope Park employees.
     

  9. It is forbidden to throw or leave objects or any form of refuse on the ground. Please use the refuse containers provided. Smoking, eating or drinking on the trails is not permitted.
     

  10. Each stay in the Pilatus Rope Park is limited to three hours. There is no entitlement to any refund of the admission price should staff be forced to close the Pilatus Rope Park through force majeure.
     

  11. The PILATUS-BAHNEN accept no liability whatsoever for any damage which may relate (directly or indirectly) to the use of the Pilatus Rope Park. PILATUS-BAHNEN specifically refuse liability for non-observance, evasion or violation of these Conditions of Use.
     

  12. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne. Swiss law is exclusively applicable.
     
  13. Your signature confirms your acceptance of these Conditions of Use.
