| Born in Lucerne in 1909, the well-known artist grew up in the city and has been fascinated by the dragon legends since his youth. He has interpreted the legends, which hover somewhere between fact and fiction, in impressive style. When the Dragon Path was inaugurated on Pilatus Kulm, in the year in which Hans Erni celebrated his 90th birthday, the artist was awarded a place of honour on his "own" mountain. |
