Each year, people from all over the world visit the hotels and restaurants on Pilatus Kulm. And each day, all members of staff, both "on stage" and "behind the scenes", put much elan and enthusiasm into ensuring that our guests feel at home. |

| Every year the Bellevue and Pilatus-Kulm Hotels welcome several thousand guests. In one year, the chambermaids change around 16,500 beds, an immense mountain of washing for the housekeeper. The domestic deprtment she heads is also responsible for WC facilities in the restaurants on Pilatus Kulm. The 28 toilets and 15 urinals are cleaned three times daily. In addition, every evening the terrace with service is swept clean and freed from the vestiges of the day (cigarette ends etc.). In the summer months, domestic staff clean the restaurants and facilities at night so that by early next morning, guests to Mount Pilatus are always met by clean and tidy surroundings. The Bellevue and Pilatus-Kulm Hotels are given a thorough annual cleaning by the domestic team. The restaurants are closed for two days and during this time, everybody pitches in to help with the work. |

| The logistics department staff manage the organizationally demanding goods transport and stock control. They are on the job daily to ensure that supplies never run dry in the two hotels and four restaurants on Pilatus Kulm. It goes without saying that such stock control only functions thanks to the smooth teamwork between railway and logistics staff. |
| Our staff on Pilatus Kulm are at the service of guests from 07.00 hrs to around 02.00 hrs. In addition, two senior members of staff also stay on the mountain overnight on a Duty shift. The Duty person is responsible for guest safety and would be the hotel contact person in the event of an emergency. |
